How do I know what size to order?
The best way to find your size is to order our sizing kit. The GEL-X PRESS ON NAIL SIZING KIT is ordered separately before placing your custom design order. The kit only assists in measuring the fit of your nail and provides a range of unpainted sizes. The length of the nail will be selected once you place your design order. To ensure the perfect fit, please indicate your preferred shape in the "Input Shape" box before adding to cart.
Can I order more than one shape in the sizing kit?
If you would like to try more than one shape, add additional kits to your cart and indicate the additional shape in the box labeled "Input Shape". Each shape in the sizing kit is $5.
Can I order my nail designs first, before I order the sizing kit?

The GEL-X PRESS ON NAIL SIZING KIT is ordered separately before placing your custom design order. If you place your nail design order first, it will not be processed until we receive your custom nail sizes as we do not know what size, shape and length to process your order in.

How do I apply my press-on nails?
Proper nail prep is crucial before applying press-on nails! Be sure to file or trim your nails short, push back your cuticles, and lightly buff the nail bed. Clean thoroughly with alcohol wipes to remove any dust or oil from your natural nails. After completing these prep steps, apply your glue tabs or nail glue. It is not necessary to use both adhesives unless you prefer to. Finally, apply the press-on nails and avoid water for at least 2-3 hours to allow the glue to fully dry.
How do I remove my press-on nails?
Easily remove your press-on nails by soaking them in a mixture of warm water and soap for 15 to 20 minutes. Use the wooden cuticle pusher to lift off. This method works best when using only glue tabs. If you experience resistance use oil and or alcohol (not included).
Gently remove any adhesive residue from the nails for reuse.

This product is conveniently reusable. To prevent the nail from melting, do not use acetone for soaking or on any part of the nails.
How long before I receive my sizing kit?

If you place your sizing kit order by 12pm on a business day (excluding holidays), it will be processed and shipped out the same day for free. Shipping times vary depending on your zip code and typically take 2-5 business days, though it may be longer during the holiday season.
